Addresses #91

Proposed Changes

adds a new field to the Address entity to deliver the Baloise internal sequential number of a partners address

Definition of Done (DoD) - criteria met

[x] code compiles and build is green
[x] documentation is appropriate or has been updated accordingly
[ ] Codecov test execution coverage not lowered (aim: 80%)
[ ] change is (to be) merged on master branch
