Add i18n in properties page and macro rendering #22

This PR resolves #2 by adding localisation strings for the macro properties (field labels and descriptions) and the macro's Velocity templates for rendering within a Confluence page, as well as a .properties file for English strings.

Still needs some testing before release. I would also like to add props for german ( and maybe french). I expect release next week (w20).
