App - UI: Survey-Codevalidierung Start Page (falsch negativ) #102

Steps to reproduce

  1. launch app, enter no survey code, press start voting
  2. error message (no valid survey code) is present
  3. scan QR code of valid survey
  4. switch back to start page
  5. error: valid survey code is prefilled but marked as invalid
