Bug: `brotab move` opens a blank temporary file in Editor #91

When I run brotab move, it opens a blank temporary file in Editor. It does not list the tabs. Is this a bug or may be I am not using this correctly.

Please tell me how to use the command. I installed the latest version of brotab, but how to check it?
