Inference and quantitative evaluation - PSNR only + export images

:bulb: Known and expected limitions :

only samples dataloader => deadleaves only (not images!)

missing metrics -> still need to do #9

Run batched inference (export image traces or not)

Analyse metrics - notebook :-1: quick and dirty - show how to filter CSV by regexp to aggregate results the way you want !
