A list of services reside on a gis box, when they have issues it impacts unrelated data endpoints causing outages on the county website, when it doesn't need to be that way.

Consolidate any services sitting on the gis box into the primary web service for baltimore county

There are other api endpoints pointing to that box, but they all depend on gis functionality, so they will remain the same.
