Compatibility issue with python 3.6 #30

Hello Team,

Can you please let me solve the installation issue linked with Python3.6, Like as already mentioned in documentation it is not compatible with Python 3.6 can you tell me any other way of using this with Python3.6

Should now work with pip3 install pocketsphinx.
