Updated to support 2.1.3 payment gateway formating #6

Changed this to allow system config to be shown in Payment Methods in the administration in 2.1.3.

Hi @Corefix We have chosen to discard your request since the only thing needed to comply to the new version is to change the sortOrder for the group, also some css was needed to handle the config buttons.

The changes are available in the newest release (1.1.5)
