No video or MicroSD access in Android Handy 2.4 #161

Video remains black, times out 23 seconds after hitting play. Cannot access any files on MicroSD card from Handy app. After a long delay, error message appears: "Failed to connect the device. Please try again[-20111]"

All other functions and X1C printer (firmware 01.07.01.00) controls are operating as expected. Video and MicroSD access are also working normally from Studio v1.8.2.56. FTP to MicroSD card works.

Restored factory settings on X1C, uninstalled Handy app and re-installed with no change.

-20011 means connection timeout with liveview/file-transport between mobile and printer. Please make the mobile & the printer on the same network and try again.
