Spiral mode nozzle scraping top surface before starting actual spiral wall #1158

When the solid bottom is done printing, the nozzle will not z-hop but go straight over the top surface to the wall to start the spiral. It only lifts 0.002mm during the travel over the top surface. This causes a big scar on the top surface before starting the actual vase/spiral...
