Might be too much humidity ?? (red leds)

DarkDeddok commented 1 year ago

not sure as you can see, I installed additional moisture absorbers

@DarkDeddok Normally, it is because of weak connections. Can you please check the connection of the cable and connector? If it is OK, please create a ticket with LOG, it will help us to identify where is the problem comming from. This is the guide https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/x1/troubleshooting/upload-log

I can also reproduce this issue since the last firmware update (AMS + P1P). Its not on every print, kind of random. AMS seems disconnected but continues to print. Its reconnects randomly on the Bambu Studio UI. Sometimes it gives me unknown spool on each bay and after few seconds the spools color and materials reappears.

I also have this issue. Is there a fix? The cables are connected correctly. I need to re-insert the cable from the P1P to the splitter for it to re-recognise the AMS, the cable from the AMS to the splitter is not enough

On my side I can regain AMS control by unplug the power cord. Before losing control to the AMS the state of AMS change randomly like this:
