lol..."feature"

FyrbyAdditive commented 1 year ago

Thank you for your feedback. I see you have classified this behaviour as a feature, and if you are able to explain the reason for this that would be great, then I am happy to close the issue.

Front cover is OK, it was a misjudgment that the front cover fell off, is it correct?

FyrbyAdditive commented 1 year ago

OK, so I probably need to be more concise in my description, I did take the front cover off and expected an error to clear, which I did.

However, every time I open any interface to the printer (i.e. apps) after that it asks me to clear the error every time, rather than just once.

So when I "clear" the error, this would seem to be only understood within the app until it is closed, and I suppose not by the printer. Hence this repeats forever, for example closing and opening Bambu Studio results in having to clear it again and again. It stops when the next print happens.

Can you please remove this file for my security PLEASE? Github are refusing to do absolutely anything despite the fact I uploaded it and they say I have to rely on you to remove it, which I find absolutely incredible that no-one here - you or github included can act on this.

@FyrbyAdditive It seems I can only remove the hyperlink in your topic, and can not remove the file somewhere(don't know how), does it satisfy your requirement?

lanewei120 commented 1 year ago

Github have informed me that you are able to remove this and I have also contacted your (Bambu Lab) privacy team with a GDPR request to remove this file. As it contains secrets I really do expect this to be removed as per my rights under the GDPR. If you are unable to do this I kindly request that you contact Github support to carry this out.

Also, I request that as these credentials have leaked publicly that somehow they are rotated in your backend if they are static and not rotated automatically, thank you.

@FyrbyAdditive I am trying to contact github to remove this file totally and as the hyperlink is removed already, this file can not be accessed by others already

and as said in the other thread, the cameral url included in the log file is a temporary url, it will be invalidated in serveral minutes after disconnection from camera.

also the aws url is a upload-only url, which can not be used for any downloading

Thanks for the clarification in the other ticket/this one and sorry for chasing this up rather persistently :)
