How to reproduce

1. Install software from DMG file
2. Go through setup when launching for first time
3. Decline to install network plug-in (not needed since I'm running Studio on machine not connected to X1C)
4. Create project or open existing project
5. Always observed annoying and unhelpful message that "Network Plug-in is not detected. Network related features are unavailable. Click here to install it.
6. Click X to eliminate annoying and unhelpful message.

Actual results

Error message appears that "Network Plug-in is not detected. Network related features are unavailable. Click here to install it."

Expected results

After this message appears the first time and the user dismisses it don't show the message again. If you want to be really certain the user intentionally didn't install the network plug-in stop showing the message after the third or fifth time.
