Do several Flow Rate calibrations at once using AMS (just like Flow Dynamics calibration) #2465

It's wonderful that you can do Flow Dynamics calibration using all filaments in the AMS, in a single operation. The Flow Rate calibration however lacks this feature - you need to babysit it, clear the plate and start next filament. The fact it needlessly repeats a full bed leveling for each of them doesn't help.

Ergo, it would be a terrific time saver if you could implement several-at-once Flow Rate calibrations similar to the Flow Dynamics calibration.

I'm not sure whether you can do Flow Dynamics with 4xAMS (i.e. 16 filaments) in one fell swoop already? That would obviously be stellar in both cases. EDIT: You can't. It would have been really sweet if you could.

I saw now this is a dupe of #2223, except for the suggestion up to 4xAMS should be supported for calibrating 16 filaments in one go - for both types of calibrations.
