Same issue with both released version of BambuStudio (1.7.7.89 and public beta 1.8.1.57)

Bambu Lab X1C

How to reproduce

Slice a popular calicat model (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1545913) and see weird internal infill and support structures around it (sliced at 0.20mm):

Orca slicer doesn't have this issue:
