Add a "Mouse Middle Button" option in preferences for Rotate View

Rotating the View / Plate in BL Studio's Prepare and Preview screens is very inefficient bc the Left Mouse Button is overloaded with both selecting parts and rotating the plate.

Issues it creates:

• confusion between selecting parts, applying actions on parts, or rotating the view
• need to hit an empty spot on the plate to initiate rotation which can be a challenge when zoomed in on a part, or even impossible if the part view obscures the plate. Forces the user to zoom out, click, rotate, zoom back in. Very cumbersome
• Both Fusion 360 and Sketchup use the middle mouse button to rotate the view (at least on my system). It can be quite frustrating when switching to / out of BLS, takes a while to adjust.

Proposed solution: add a checkbox in preferences to select "Middle Mouse Button to rotate view"
