when selecting print in the Bambu lab application, the printer starts to receive the download from the cloud but then it disappears & the printer is just sitting with the heating bed at 65 degrees and not printing
While in LAN mode, the printer started printing but printing was cancelled when the computer went to sleep.
Actual results
No printing through LAN or cloud was possible.
Expected results
To be able to print through LAN or cloud.

No bugging or error occurring, the app thinks it sent the print to the device but there are no error codes or messages. It just resets to 'ready to print' again on the printer.
Hi, can you help us submit a work order on handy to upload the device logs and let us know the work order number? We need the device log to see the exact problem, thanks!
