How to reproduce

  1. Enable Supports
  2. Select Tree (auto)
  3. Presets are left at default
  4. Slice STL
  5. Send to printer

Actual results

I have had two helmet prints produce spaghettification of tree supports on the inner part of the helmet dome. mp696eznlzgc1 IMG_2964

Expected results

The print should print with no support failures. Others have reported this issue.

The log file is not helpful for this issue. Would you please share the 3mf or the video of printing?

Hello,

I have attached the video (red Deadpooll helmet). I did turn the light on and off at times during printing.

I have also attached the other helmet that had a similar problem occur.

The tree supports were too high and fell just before reaching the top. I'll try to improve the strength and stability.
