Flush Volume Auto Recalculates Regardless Of Setting In Preferences #3821

Bambu Studio Version

v1.9 Beta

Where is the application from?

Bambu Lab github releases

OS version

Win 11

Additional system information

10th Gen Core i5, 32GB

Printer

X1C, P1P, A1 Mini, A1

How to reproduce

I prefer to manually set up my flushing volumes, but Studio recalculates them every time I sync (or re-sync) from my AMS regardless of the setting in preferences. I have set up a blank profile with my preferred flush volumes and create new projects from the blank. I set all of them to 220 and then adjust them manually depending on the print. I have unchecked the the auto-calculate setting in preferences.

Actual results

My blank project typically will not contain the current colors in my AMS', so I will re-sync to get all the current colors and materials in the slicer. When I do this, any colors that are different from the blank project will reset their flushing volumes. This happens whenther using sync or re-sync This also happens if I change printers and re-sync to a different AMS. It is truly a laborious task to retype 30 or 40 flush volumes back into the table. I don't recall this happening in the version immediately after the auto-calculate setting was added to preferences.

Expected results

If the setting is unchecked in preferences, the flush volumes should not change when syncing or changing colors. FEATURE REQUEST - One solution would be to add an option to load all flush volumes with a predefined value. This could be located on the flush volume screen next to the "recalculate" button. image

Mousing over the "inactive" label implies that I haven't replied. I'm the one waiting for a reply. Should I assume this issue is not being considered? image
