I don't have a screenshot. However, I suspect that a disconnection might be the cause of the problem, or a desynchronization between the printer and the PC software.

May I suggest something?
Add a button on the machine's screen to stop the operation? This is what's expected.
Instead of this option, I had to turn off the entire machine (the On/Off switch at the back of the printer) to reset it. This is not what's expected.
