How to reproduce

Printing using ABS - Keep cycling between mutiple errors.

1. Bulge in Mat
2. Error in Sensor 1
3. Error in Sensor 2
4. Error in Sensor 3
5. Sometime multiple Sensors.
6. Nozel needs cleaning
7. All error to Z calibration error

Actual results

Printer begind alignment Purges filimient cleans head then fails in final stage before printing anything

The system to start printing.

Project file & Debug log uploads

I have followed all documentation steps.

• cleaned the head
• cleaned the inside of the unit and and on top of build plate.
• Ran multiple calibrations and test.
• Turned the unit off and on.
• Followed all steps in the sensor error. Loosening and tightening the screws to various degrees. "Note: only one screw is abailable on each sensor location. The others are capped off.
• I even followed the steps and turned it over looking or obstructions. No issues found. I am at a loss!

Upload log files through Bambu Handy Log files from the Bambu printer can be uploaded via Bambu Handy over the network, with an upload speed of around 150 kbps under optimal network conditions. When uploading logs, you have the option to select a specific time frame, allowing you to reduce the volume of logs transmitted and shorten the upload duration. To upload files, go to Me → Support Tickets → Choose the ticket for log upload and proceed with the operation.
