@JYPochez Can you upload the .3mf or .stl file you printed? Because factors such as model placement and parameter settings can affect the printing effect.

  1. @JYPochez, Hello, sorry to have kept you waiting for so long. We tried to print the model you uploaded, using Bambu ABS filaments and Generic ABS printing parameters (or Bambu ABS parameters), High Temperature/Smooth PEI Plate, Bambu Studio V1.9.3.50. However, we did not find the warping problem of the last row of models you mentioned, and the models were basically perfect.

  2. The fan on the back of the printing plate is a chamber-temperature-regulator-fan. During the ABS printing process, the closed chamber temperature is about 45-50 ℃, and the auxiliary-part-cooling-fan and the chamber-temperature-regulator-fan are not turned on, so it does not affect the model printing.

  3. For your problem, you can check the filaments used. The filaments may be damp or the third-party filaments themselves may have some printing problems. The type of printing plate, whether glue is applied, and the bed temperature also have an impact. At the same time, you can check whether the model has support turned on. For engineering material printing, please refer to: https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/knowledge-sharing/pa-cf-printing-tips.

  4. In addition, is the warping problem you mentioned an accidental incident or a repeated phenomenon? You can also upload more detailed printing information or photos to help us reproduce the results and solve your printing problem.

thanks you for trying to print this. I found it strange that only the models at the back of the printer were bad. but it seems it is not a printer problem. I will try with other tests when I can. thanks again.
