layer shift after pause resume function

How to reproduce

1. added pause on layer 20
2. during print add a magnet (model has 0.3 clearance from magnet loose fit on all directions)
3. resume print notice layer shift (tested 2 times with same problem)

Actual results

It has a layer shift on resume, make sure noting was touching before and after resume, happened 2 time the same exact problem.

Expected results

It should fully seal the magnet in.
