How to reproduce
Update to what I wrote you 2 minutes ago: If I manually change the Top z distance to 0, then the slicer correctly adds the interface layer. Normally the slicer will prompt me to change the z distance to 0 when I select a filament for the support interface. But when I selected PETG instead of something like PVA, it did not.
