Bambu Cloud Delivers Wrong Plate/File #4837

Open ddovidenko opened 1 month ago

Bambu Studio Version

1.9.5.51

Where is the application from?

Bambu Lab Official website

OS version

Windows 11 Pro

Additional system information

AMD 7800x3d, 32GB DDR5

Printer

P1S

How to reproduce

  1. I open an existing project in Bambu Studio.
  2. Select the plate I want to print.
  3. Send the plate to the printer via the Bambu cloud as usual.

Actual results

The printer downloads and prints a previously printed plate. The printer shows that previous plate's file name on the screen as well as the desktop app and the phone app. However, the printer shows the correct preview image for the right plate/file name in the desktop app and the phone app.

You can see in the screenshot from the phone app that file name of the gridfinity boxes (at the bottom) repeats for all following (cancelled) prints. Those prints were cancelled because it was obvious the printer was printing the gridfinity boxes again instead of what it was sent (the plate you see in the preview).

Expected results

The printer should print the plate/file it was sent. The printer should report the correct file name.

I tried deleting the plate with the gridfinity boxes and re-printing the plate I want, and the printer still printed the gridfinity boxes plate. The printer is literally printing a plate that isn't even in the project it's being sent.

Deleting the old project and re-creating the project from scratch seems to have resolved the issue.
