I have tried it with my X1C and nothing wrong, could you tell me which version of X1C firmware do you use?

Hi, Version 01.08.02.00 (latest) It is not the first time that I use custom filament. There is already some stored in the cloud and printer had synced it. But as I tried today, I got that error. And I saw a custom Filament on the printer, which I have deleted some days ago in Studio SW.

The problem could be solved by loging the printer out of my account, and back in again. After that, everything was synced correctly with the cloud.
