Add CocoaPods support

Description

This PR adds a podspec file to enable CocoaPods support for the BambuserPlayerSDK.

The ReadMe has been updated as well with installation instructions for using the pod.

• [ ] Need to correctly include resources in the podspec

Sorry for my delayed response. We are looking into this and we should be able to support Cocoapods very soon. I'm afraid we can't directly merge your PR but thanks for your contribution.
