Add new diabetic under all diabetics #73

Add new diabetic isn't present on the dashboard when you go in, but then appears for anything you select under the drop down box, making it confusing as if add a diabetic belongs to a diabetic.

We were talking about it with @trekkie4life and the idea is that if we leave it on the page, it allows users to get "confused". Will check it again after we finish the whole styling of the dashboard

i definitely think it should only be under account - only the umbrella account holder should have the power to add another diabetic.

Also, since they won't add a diabetic every time, a user shouldn't see that button all the time. They should have to make a conscience extra step to add a diabetic.
