ENH: Add the option to put items on the wheel without locks #31

The rationale: allow placing lockable items like the training belt or forbidden chastity / bra without locks via the wheel to make difficult but not impossible to escape.

Yeah sure; this would be quite trivial to implement if I were to be honest.

Implemented as of v0.6.21 (https://github.com/bananarama92/MBS/discussions/32).
