Misc CI updates
Remove the last OnlineSettings remnants
Provide more console output upon encountering errors related to MBS extra crafting items
Register an MBS debugger to FUSAM
Backport one BC R99 fix:
- BondageProjects/Bondage-College#4610: Remove InventoryAllow checks from DialogMenuButtonBuild()
