New Components: Bulb, Stingray PKP + Correction: Battery Symbol #724

Hi Bancika,

I've been working on a few more components based on open issues, just easy ones I thought I could do. The Stingray Pickup will close issue #716 The Bulb will partially close issue #636 I'm unsure if you want this called Bulb, Pilot Light or Lamp. I've called it Bulb for now.

I also noticed the leads on the Battery Symbol Icon were wrong, easy fix :)

I just checked and these components work with the 4.28 code-base. Let me know if there are any problems and I'll correct them as best as I can.
