Not sure what this form factor is called, but for example the TDA2005. It's a SIP but there are pins coming out that are staggered. I haven't found a component in the program that can sub for one of these.
In the case of the TDA2005, there are 12 pins, each 1.7 mm apart, but every other pin is offset 5.08 mm from the base of the chip. I have seen similar chips with more or less pins.
