Description

Each tenant will have their own resources to support the operations of the website. The list of resources contains:

SQL Azure in Basic mode
Storage Account for the pdf and other tenant specific resources for the web site.
KeyVault where we will save the secrets for the payment processor and others.
Application Insights for the telemetry of the tenant.

We should be able to specify the name of the resource group and add tags to identify the tenant name.
