Wrong multibanco email reminder #701

Describe the bug Several people that have made a donation are receiving the Multibanco reminder saying they did not pay. This is generating stress and the wrong message ... people think that we did not get the money, etc. We need to check what is happening. We should stop the reminder until this is understood.

Disabled the function MultiBancoPaymentNotificationFunction until this is investigated

re enabled the reminder function since the issue is not with the reminder but with Easypay notifications to us. FYI @guerrerotook

commit #a843dc6dcc4b8b8e4123de4c54a896fbf878fc7e addresses this issue with notifications from easypay.

issues seems to be solved. Notifications were resent. Users were informed and invoices sent.
