Make a Campaign landing page #705

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Every company that creates a campaign / referral wants to have their landing page, with their logo and name, and have a dedicated counter. When creating a new campaign, generate this landing page automatically.

Describe the solution you'd like Similar as going to /edp.html (implementing now)
