disabled pools and tokens - frontend communication #518

as a user, i would like to understand why i am unable to perform transactions with specific tokens when the pool and/or token are disabled.

flows:

  1. token transfers are disabled
  2. pool trades are disabled
  3. pool add liquidity is disabled
  4. pool remove liquidity is disabled
