Add "Learn more" button to FAQ section in deposit flow #627

As a user, I would like to have a more comprehensive FAQ section.

High level

Adding a button with a link to our "Pause of BNT Distribution" support page on deposit widget

Changes

  1. Add a "Learn more" button
  2. Clicking the button will lead to - https://support.bancor.network/hc/en-us/articles/6352404707602-FAQ-Pause-of-BNT-Distribution
  3. Location - At the bottom of the FAQ on the left side
