[BUG] walletconnect - update wallet connect library #745

Describe the bug wallet connect have updated their sdk and we need to update it on our end

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. go to app.bancor.network
  2. click to connect wallet
  3. select wallet connect
  4. try to scan the qr code error: nothing happens
