data table - update APR to show 7d APR #1559

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. as a user, i'd like to see the APR based on 7 days activity and not 1day.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. update the APR calculation to use 7 days instead of 1 day calculation. reference #392
  2. update tool tip. replace "24h" with "7 days" image
