vote page - withdraw full vBNT balance #1565

Describe the bug as a user, i would like to have the option to unstake my full vBNT balance.

To Reproduce

  1. go to vote page
  2. click "unstake"
  3. in the popup window, click the vBNT balance to automatically move my entire balance to the "input" field

actual behavior - nothing happens when you click the vBNT balance

Expected behavior when clicking the visible vBNT balance, the full amount (not rounded) will be pushed into the "input" field allowing me to remove my full amount.
