UnicodeDecodeError while generating SC k-path

I am getting one error while generating SC k-path. Please help me to solve this problem. I have attached here the inputs.

Dear @Gargee-123 Just as a try: if you change encoding='UTF-8' to encoding='latin-1' will the problem be solved for you?
