This is just to add some examples, and to reorganize the examples.
In this configuration, once the user has pip installed the aamg-gen cli tool, the user can cd to examples/ and go aamg-gen -g grammars/some -a assets/some.
Note that for now the grammar_astronomy doesn't work because we do not yet support having spaces in the literals, nor in the ( | ) and [ ] constructs.
