can not move it properly using teleop keyboard + the robot in Rviz keeps spinning #12

when using the teleop twist keyboard, the robot isn't moving properly. sometimes all the buttons move it in the same direction or randomly. and after launching the "controller check" file or the "auto nav" the robot spinning and ignoring my nav goal.
