Get a fancy logo #147

Bandit needs a logo. The automatically generated avatar on GitHub always reminds me of that.

My initial idea was to combine the hexagon of the C++ logo, a bandit mask and a BDD cycle in one logo. The result of my first attempt looks like Donatello. Although I love the basic idea behind it, I hate the result …but I haven't had any better ideas since then. :man_shrugging:

edit: Here's the Donatello-BDD-cycle logo inlined:

I have got a new inspiration: the RSpec logo, but with something more C++y instead of a ruby.

edit: Here's the original RSpec logo inlined... I will let that sink in as an inspiration and make something from it later.

I think the Donatello attemp was nice! I would just remove the </> that make it not so nice.

You mean as in this (older) version?

MartinDelille commented 4 years ago

Yes. Better than nothing! I used to be a Tortue Ninja fan! (french title for the show) 😉

But Donatello is not a bandit, is he?

MartinDelille commented 4 years ago

No indeed.

There is nice bandit inspiration here: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/509680882808116856/

If you choose some, I can try to contact the authors through pinterest?

I have checked those before but I am thinking of a different direction. (My question about Donatello was a bad joke.)
