scooby is small, and it should stay like that. Minimal impact, acceptable for each and every project.

Would it make sense to have it all in one file? Would just be around 400 lines of code (including comments and blank lines).

OK, I did it, but not all the way.

report does basically everything. Just 192 lines of code (109 commens, 83 blank); so not long at all.
knowledge is kept for everything optional. Particularly, as VERSION_ATTRIBUTES and VERSION_METHODS might grow over time massively and become more complex. Also in_ipython and in_ipykernel might become more elaborate.

I think with two files we should be more than OK, what do you think @banesullivan ?
