Show nicer error messages on failure #38

This patch adds framework for bubbling up error messages from the the primitives.

Eg:

./.cabal-sandbox/bin/functorrent LICENSE
Starting up functorrent
Parsing input file LICENSE
Unable to parse torrent file
FuncTorrent: Exit succesfully
