set Mesh summary only = (true|false)

Yeah, I think this would be good. Add the functionality and update your readme file and we should be good.

I assume with this option set, it'll generate a new output file with the desired information. Please keep in mind that I'd like all files to start with the unique prefix code that's passed via the command line to avoid filename collisions.
