Mixed Content: The page at 'https://bgm.tv/subject/188412' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://bgm.tv/pic/cover/m/'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

从 amazon 抓取的条目，没有封面的时候，给的 default image 不太对。
