PR after merging with upstream main

• [ x] pulls data from tweet and writes to csv file
• [ x] adds columns relevant to desired data ("date", "# critical calls", etc)
• [ ] needs to separate data in tweet into own columns

Still getting this error for some reason:

So I had to make a PR instread of just push. Also next time I will add a separate branch
