We will also agree on it in the process of describing it together. I started a Wiki page, please review and add to it.

We need to put it in CONTRIBUTE.md and address the following:

Which repository setup will we use?
Which branching model will we use?
Which distributed development workflow will we use?
How do we expect contributions to look like?
Who is responsible for integrating/reviewing contributions?

Made a branch "document/distributed-workflow" for this and added file CONTRIBUTE.md as required by Helge in lecture slides. Opening a PR, feel free to edit and add stuff.
